This Month's New Arrivals: 

1. Shuba Salad

Perfect for warm evenings in Dubai, this cool appetizer is created with layers of potatoes, herring and onion mix, carrots, egg yolks, egg whites, and beets.


2. Crispy Crab Salad

This recipe, which celebrates the abundance of summer, combines thin crab sticks and julienned crunchy vegetables, dressed with a spicy mayonnaise dressing.


3. Creamy Salmon On Crispy Shisho

This smokey, nutty, incredibly tropical treat combines salmon sashimi set in yuzu soy sauce, slightly seared with a hot mixture of olive oil and sesame oil, garnished with ginger, chives.


4. Beef Tartar
